Off the Rails is a pre-processed blend of Mexican coffees intended to appeal to the quintessential dark roast enthusiast. This coffee is roasted to completeness, and is a “true” dark roast.
The specialty coffee industry has moved away from dark roasts in recent years, and you’ll find most specialty roasters do not offer dark roasted coffee; if they do offer a dark roast, it typically disappoints in body and intensity. Off the Rails delivers on both fronts. It is dark. It is bold. It boasts overwhelming flavors of pipe tobacco, baker’s chocolate, and hazelnut.
