While decaf coffee is often poorly considered and subject to underdeveloped production, More Than Enough (MTE) is a testament to the possibilities for decaf. Roasted with similar intention to Eyes Wide Open, MTE provides a full flavor experience while still being approachable. 25% of the blend is an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, decaffeinated by the Swiss Water Process, a popular process that uses only water to decaffeinate. Unfortunately in our experience, Swiss Water leaves an unmistakable “decaffy” flavor, which is why we’ve blended it with a delicious Colombian coffee decaffeinated via Ethyl Acetate, a process derived naturally from bananas. The result is a full bodied decaf coffee bursting with cherry and floral flavors. You’ll be surprised decaf coffee can taste so good!
