Description
Winter: a season to return to our roots, spend long nights with friends and family, and rejuvenate ourselves going into the new year. It’s a time for community and gathering, and so we wanted to highlight the community of people who work to bring coffee from farm to cup. From planters to pickers, processors, green buyers, warehouse staff, exporters, importers, roasters, and baristas, a lot of hands have an impact on your coffee before it’s finally enjoyed. We’re sending thanks to everyone that makes this industry possible.
35 Hands is a blend of East Timor in the South Pacific, and India. The two work together to create a harmonious blend that surprised us on the cupping table.
35 Hands is a medium roast and tastes of traditional winter flavors. Complex mulling spices like cinnamon, clove, and orange peel open up to crisp apple acidity, with a long molasses like body and finish.
Currently offered as whole bean only.
