Bonnet is our offering to a more traditional mindset about what coffee should be. Our industry, specially coffee, loves to tinker with the finest details around what coffee is and can be. Elevation, cultivars, microlots, processing methods, terroir, and flavor notes, sign us up! But not everyone wants their coffee to be so specific. If you want your coffee to be simple and reliable then we have a coffee that will surprise you in only one way: with how delicious it is.
Inspired by morning coffees of yesteryear and free refills at your favorite diner, Bonnet is familiar and full-bodied, a coffee to welcome guests and patrons. All palates will enjoy it. It’s developed enough in the roast to serve well in brewed, espresso, and cold brew formats, but it’s not dark enough to offend those steer away from dark roasts. This is an excellent coffee to have on hand if you’re only going to have one coffee, whether you’re hosting a dinner at home or serving up coffee daily at a diner.
